CandsWorks is the controller of the personal data it receives through this site, its forms and its contact channels.

To exercise your rights or ask questions, write to the email address listed in section 6.

Data you give us: name, email address and the content of your message, when you use the contact form or write to us.

Browsing data: campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) when you arrive from a campaign link. They are kept in your browser for the session so the enquiry can be linked to the campaign.

Answering your enquiries, preparing proposals and managing the project you commission from us.

Measuring the performance of our advertising campaigns with the Meta Pixel, only if you accept measurement cookies in the notice on this site. You can change your choice by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Some data is sent to service providers: the provider that receives form messages, and Meta (Facebook) when you accept the Meta Pixel. We do not sell personal data.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, the message is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.

Under Article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012, you may know, update, correct and delete your personal data, request proof of the authorisation you gave, and revoke it at any time, and you may file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

Write to the contact email published on this site or message us on WhatsApp. We will process your request within the time limits set by law.

We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect data. We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected or as the law requires.
